Job Description:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of Glemer International-affiliated hotel properties. Duties include:
  • Managing scheduling, performance monitoring, and evaluations of hotel employees.
  • Supervising and supporting international trainees in the Glemer International Program.
  • Conducting orientation, training, and certification for staff and interns.
  • Coordinating cultural exchange events and collaborating with international partners.
  • Reviewing daily operational checklists and ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Delivering hospitality system training (Fidelio, Encore, MSI, Profit Manager).
  • Assisting with travel arrangements, visa processing, and accommodations for interns.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management & Accounting, Communications, or Hotel Management.
  • 36 months of hospitality management experience.
  • Proficiency with hospitality software systems.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver’s license required.

 

Compensation: $92,206 – $98,250 per year (DOE).
